Arrive at location, hook up and go. Ran into an issue last minute and spoke with kyle. He recommended a better recycling location to offer. Was close to return time and not able to get back in-time. He made sure to handle my business hassle free and assured me that it was ok to come later than return time. Once at drop off he asked how everything went instead of business shows true customer service. A small business that yruely cares for their customer.
